The Runway Localizer was upgraded by constructing the system on top of a 28 foot high wood platform. The project also included installation of access roads, an equipment building, duct banks and new cabling.

INSTALLATION OF VOR
Install of VOR for the FAA in Kalamazoo, MI
Completed: August 2010
Removal of VOR shelter and Azimuth Antennas, Removal of Old Roof, Install Ice and Water Shield, Copper Counterpoise Soldered Together. Extend VOR counterpoise with steel frame work to make it 74' in diameter. Installed to Sarnafil Roof System, Installed VOR Shelter Cone and 50 Doppler Antennas.

Installation of 2 sets of PAPI's Grand Forks North Dakota
Completed: August 2009
Installation of 2 complete sets of PAPI’s. Work included was removal of old system, new foundations, new equipment racks, new conduit and wiring, new rock plots. Included new home run power run 2,000’ on each end D.E.B. Also including boring under taxiway and installing duct.
